Our founders

Expertise from silicon to systems.

Arndt and Milenko combine antenna and system architecture with RF integrated circuit development. Together, they connect the design of beamsteering chips with the requirements of phased array antennas.

Dr.-Ing. Arndt Ott

Systems & programme leadership

Arndt brings more than 12 years of experience at Sony, where he most recently worked as Principal Engineer and RF & Millimeter-Wave Technology Architect. His expertise spans phased arrays, antennas, RF integration and advanced packaging, with work across frequencies from 77 to 170 GHz.

He holds an engineering degree from the University of Stuttgart and a doctorate in engineering from the Technical University of Munich. His experience includes leading technology roadmaps, R&D programmes and teams across Europe and Japan, and transferring research into product development.

At AntennaCore, Arndt focuses on antenna and system architecture, RF integration and programme leadership.

Dr. Milenko Milicevic

RFIC & silicon development

Milenko is an RF integrated circuit designer and system architect with experience dating back to 2012. His background includes low-power ultra-wideband chipsets, 60 GHz OFDM transceivers and 120 GHz phased array chipsets, alongside analog and RF circuit design and verification.

His expertise covers the silicon development process from architecture and transistor-level design through simulation, layout and verification to tape-out and first-silicon characterisation.

At AntennaCore, Milenko focuses on beamforming chip architecture, broadband true-time-delay circuits and the chip design flow, connecting circuit design with silicon implementation and validation.
